Digital Product Refund Policy
This policy explains how SwiftChapter reviews refund, delivery, and support requests for digital e-books.
Why Sales Are Generally Final
Digital e-books cannot be physically returned after access or delivery. SwiftChapter generally does not provide refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, accidental purchase, failure to read the product description, purchasing the wrong format, device incompatibility that could reasonably have been checked beforehand, disagreement with writing style, failure to use or download the product, price changes after purchase, already owning a similar product, or personal circumstances unrelated to a defect or legal right.
Please review the product title, description, format, price, compatibility information, purchase provider, and refund terms before ordering.
Mandatory Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy removes any refund, repair, replacement, redelivery, cancellation, or other remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
For digital content sold in jurisdictions with statutory withdrawal rights, those rights may be affected once digital access or delivery begins if the legally required express consent and acknowledgment have been obtained through the checkout process.
Payhip Purchases
Payhip buyers should first contact SwiftChapter at rathishblog@gmail.com regarding refund or delivery requests.
Payhip itself directs refund requests to the seller, and an approved refund may need to be processed through the payment system connected to the transaction.
Amazon Purchases
Amazon purchases, cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by Amazon's current policies and must normally be requested through Amazon. SwiftChapter cannot directly refund an Amazon transaction.
Technical or Delivery Issues
A refund is not normally the first solution for a download issue. Buyers should provide the name used to purchase, email used to purchase, book title, order reference, purchase provider, date of purchase, description of the issue, and a screenshot if useful.
SwiftChapter may attempt to confirm the order, help locate the Payhip email, suggest checking spam and promotions folders, confirm supported file-reading methods, work with the provider, restore access, arrange replacement or redelivery where possible, or provide another remedy required by law.
Defective or Incorrect Product
Contact support if the delivered file is corrupted, the wrong product was provided, the file materially differs from the advertised product, access cannot be restored after reasonable troubleshooting, or a remedy is required by applicable law.
Possible resolutions may include a corrected file, replacement, redelivery, provider assistance, refund where required or approved, or another legally required remedy.
Duplicate Purchases
Accidental duplicate purchases of the same book may be reviewed individually. Approval is not guaranteed. Include both transaction references when contacting support.
Payment Disputes
Buyers are encouraged to contact SwiftChapter before opening a payment dispute so that access, delivery, or product issues can be investigated. Fraudulent or unsupported disputes may be answered using order and delivery records.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Requests are reviewed based on delivery records, transaction details, platform rules, this policy, and applicable law.
